Refund policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return through our Accounts page
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange/Return Policy

We want to make sure your products fit your pup perfectly,
- Return requests are made through our Accounts page within 21 days of the delivery date.
- For size exchanges please include the specifications in the notes before submitting your return request.
- For returns shipping fees will be paid for if we’re at fault. Customers who solely change their mind and request a return will pay the return shipping fee. For exchanges we'll take care of the shipping cost if we're at fault.
- If an exchange is needed and customer failed to properly use our size charts there will be a shipping/restocking fee.
- For international returns customer will cover shipping fees, unless the wrong size was sent or an issue from our end. It's vital to properly use our size charts to prevent returns & paying for shipping fees.
- The returned items must be in their original state, unwashed, and in it's original packaging.
